jilipak Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to jilipak. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilipak ("jilipak," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilipak website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a jilipak account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jilipak Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside jilipak's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jilipak.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jilipak Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in online casino gaming.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilipak, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilipak or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a jilipak account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

jilipak reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jilipak Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilipak reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your jilipak account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilipak login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jilipak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilipak immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jilipak is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Payments

jilipak accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jilipak's discretion.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your jilipak account balance.
• jilipak does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made to jilipak are for gaming purposes only and are not held in trust or as a financial investment.
• jilipak reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jilipak account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your jilipak account. jilipak does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• jilipak may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• jilipak reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jilipak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilipak reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jilipak expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• jilipak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, or employing low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilipak Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• jilipak uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. Results are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer or system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jilipak will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager will be refunded to your account balance.
• jilipak reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably determines to have been affected by a technical error, software fault, or human error.
• Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the jilipak Platform, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and in-play betting.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilipak is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jilipak Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipak Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with sportsbook betting.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilipak's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilipak staff or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilipak Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of jilipak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilipak Platform without prior written consent from jilipak.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilipak Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jilipak does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond jilipak's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

In no event shall jilipak's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilipak account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Account Closure

jilipak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• jilipak has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2.
• jilipak is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

You may request voluntary closure of your jilipak account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilipak Platform shall first be referred to jilipak's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jilipak operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations, and regulatory complaints may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jilipak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipak will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jilipak Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
